About the Role
Join Bright Sparks Electrical Services as an Apprentice Electrician to install and maintain electrical systems under master electrician guidance. You’ll learn commercial wiring while assisting on projects ranging from new construction to service upgrades in the Phoenix metro area.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing conduits, wiring, and fixtures
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Operate power tools and testing equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Stock vehicles and inventory materials
- Ensure job site safety compliance
Requirements
- Arizona Apprentice Electrician License
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Physical ability to work in tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Willingness to work in varying weather
- Punctuality and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass drug screening
