About the Role
Lead the guest services team at Music City Grand Hotel ensuring exceptional visitor experiences. Oversee reception operations while developing strategic improvements to our service standards. Drive satisfaction through efficient operations and team development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk receptionists and night auditors
- Manage room inventory and rate strategies
- Handle escalated guest issues with effective resolutions
- Establish scheduling for 24/7 front office coverage
- Conduct departmental training programs
- Monitor and improve property management systems
- Control operating expenses within budget
Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS
- Strong reservation and yield management skills
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities
- Forecasting and budgeting experience
- Flexible availability including holidays
