Responsibilities
- coordinate with carriers and vendors to arrange transportation
- monitor and track shipment status
- investigate and resolve delivery issues
- optimize shipping routes and processes
- execute and maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
- work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant logistics experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
