We are seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to deliver excellent hospitality experiences. Responsibilities include handling check-ins/outs, providing guest information, and ensuring smooth operations. Be the welcoming face of our hotel!
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide guests with hotel information and recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
- Manage reservations and coordinate group bookings.
- Maintain the front desk area clean and organized.
- Administer loyalty programs and offer special promotions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management software.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in additional languages a plus
